Who We Are
Perras DiStefano Construction & Design Services Inc. is a full-service general contracting company based in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. The company was founded in 1997, by Frank Perras and Pino DiStefano to provide construction services to the Eastern Ontario region. We focus primarily on institutional, commercial, and industrial projects ranging in scope from newbuilds to additions and renovations. Perras DiStefano employs an “inhouse” design and management staff, trained in the full spectrum of design and construction services including General Contracting, Construction Management, and DesignBuild methods of construction. We are also supported by an experienced, skilled, dedicated and fully trained field staff. We have access to a network of engineering and architectural companies which allows us to work as a team when developing projects. Our association with a vast number of dedicated sub-trades and suppliers ensures that projects are completed to the highest industry standards.

Our workers are our most important asset and we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable working environment for them. Our goal is to attain “zero” accidents each year by providing our staff with comprehensive safety training and updating our “Safety Policy & Reference Manual” on an annual basis.
